Think of using VPS deals which webhostgiant (FormReferral-01) and happy-hosting (CUT20OFF) provide.
They are cheap and reliable.

$40 a month for a VPS with 512MB of RAM & 10 Mbit Unmetered bandwidth from happy-hosting is quite expensive, i don't know what you mean by cheap
