Warez in poor countries

Define a poor country ??
Are you thinking of in Africa, Asia or Eastern Europe.
I think that in poor countries do not have paypal good internet speed 4 upload...
Im from serbia, maybe is poor country 4U. But in Belgrade, you can not buy anything with a dollar mate.
Im uploader just 4 fun, started a long time a go with Rapidshare points.

i was talking about asia where with a dollar you can do really many many things (think about that people earn 50$ in a month).
