That means, you cannot use your account as an FTP server or a server to mass distribute to other users on the internet. That's hosting the contents. In our rules, the same, privacy rules that exist in file hosting accounts apply. We do not check what our users are using their space for, unless we receive a complain repeated enough to initiate an investigation etc.
