I have a Rapidshare Premium Link Gen gets abt 700-1.2k Hits Per Day (Active Visitors) Data Transfer is around ~200 GB a Day

Point is that I have Capped 1gb per 2 hrs for Public and 5gb per 2 Hr for Forum Members. Also my Forum was up for like 2 days (73 Registrations in that time)

So i need some1 to help me wid forum and do GFX like banner, Ranks, Favicon, siggy, etc. as well
