vBulletin issue

Yeah, I did. I know how to do these things, this is the first time this has happen to me.
I have uninstall the forum several times now, and reinstalled it, and still it doesn't work. I just wanted to ask because this is my first time running vb4.0. I am more of an vb3.8 man, but I wanted to give it a try...

Now I am trying to import mods to it, and they do not work. They say 4.0 on it, also I do not see 4.0.6 mods on there from what I see? Can anyone please help me with this? Rating: 5
