You probably didn't understand him:

He split one release to 7 parts, 6 parts uploaded to megaupload, and one part to wupload
megaupload parts have 50 downloads, wupload 17
They can't do anything with it, if they don't have all 7 parts.
I would love to see screenshots of that, where megaupload shows 50 downloads, and wupload only 17

Wupload not have 100% but better than the other filehost.

I don't know why it is so hard to keep the RU working.
If it is becasue overload, than put some limit on RU. Like every account can only RU 100 line or total 50GB each day.
If it is because the unstable server, just move to the new one.

Before Oct wupload is working very well and now problem show up day by day
