Hi Willy,
I have a little proposal for "How to Fix FTP Problem from Server Side"

* Limit FTP Connection speed for per user (Max 20MB/sec is enough)
* Limit Paralel FTP Connections for per user (Max 4 is enough. Add this rule: Max 4 connections)
* Bann Users IP for 1 hour from FTP Connections, who hammering FTP Server (Add this rule: 60 sec between connection attempts.)
* Add more EU FTP server mirrors like FSC

Limiting ???? There are lots of competitors around and limits , hard rules force people find another way. I belive companies can not guess the near future and the members will sign up in near future. The equation is wrong, For example Mostly goverment WERE making " The next 5 year projects of Turkey" and Everything were for 5 years, but as I know, USA goverment makes 100 year projects for the future and make plans. I think you need better
planner or project management for it. ))))
