all my file available on server but it show Unknow Error when upload

Cant seem to upload a file at all, tried with web uploader, ftp, and file and an upload manager its either failing or the files not appearing in my account after an upload.

My username is same as on here.

Willy i have one simple question.
When you will shut down RU from WU ->WU this is not fair for all members who work hard... and you know that perfect.. so please stop this option so i have big collection i can post it and someone will take it for 10 minutes... what about my hard work ? so i`m sure many people want to turn of this option so i think we deserve to know when you will fix this problem.. you don`t want to turn off because you are new host and you know many people will join because of this option because they are lazy but this is not fair for other members.. all other host disable this option include filesonic i think you have to learn from other hosts
