Hi willy, if I am a high earner, can you make my plan of PPD in country A to include Japan? or increase the download rate on the PPD on my account? and What is considered to be an high earner $100+, $200+, $300+ per day is consider?

We can't push the PPD grid any further - and our rates for countries in Group B are as high as the majority of hosts Group A countries!

willy, i request you to try to upload 700MB file using web upload method. for me, web upload 100% done within 50~60sec. after that it taking an age to show up the download link.

There is, depending which upload server you're hitting, a bit of a lag between the upload finishing and it transferring to a download server!

You should be able to see which upload server you are hitting - if you know which it is, please PM me!

I can download faster somewhere else as a free user compared to wupload premium so why even use wupload? When are you guys going to fix this??

We applied some fixes on Friday which increased the speeds of a large number of our servers - if you can do me a favour and PM me which server you are downloading from, where you're located and your IP, that would be a great help!
