Probably they terminated/disabled your account because you bought the account through your files/ref link. of course that's called cheating.
"when i paid for 149$, my account got 42$"
I don't know if you did so deliberately but you should've cleaned your cookies & cache to remove any tracking codes..

i did not bought it with my own file or something, and i never did that intentionally.. and why would it be possible on their own system? dont tell me that it is not possible to happen to other people, specially if they are exploring stuffs, testing links before they bought something from the internet?
or is it their way to frame/setup people?

Well if you open one of your files just for checking, an automatic tracking code will be saved in your browser that will record any sales made through your IP/PC within 24 hrs. That's how filesonic track premium sales.
Anyway, try to contact their support in here or in the official site and explain the whole situation. your 42$ commission will be removed and you get back your premium account (hopefully).

No...I am pretty sure Paypal will take his side as he paid for the life time service and Service is terminated to him.
Maybe he happened to buy premium using his own link and maybe that against filesonic TOS.
I'll say just file a dispute and give a proper description in note...be calm..don't use foul or abuse language...Just say like ..I paid for the life time service plan to download unlimited files at their Server top speed and my account was deleted without any prior notice & no solid reason was given.
FS has policy of termination without notice and without recourse...but they can only terminate your account if you have copyright infringement, hate crimes, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length...Even, If you have uploaded such content..just don't accept it at ur end and plead to be innocent.
Since you recent paid for the service...the chances of getting ur money back from Paypal is more .Paypal is known to take side of buyer more than to a merchant .Just put your words in gud way...You can seek help of ur frnd(one who are more gud in english) to make a gud reply note for your Paypal dispute.
Good Luck !
PS : I asked you to take your frnd help all bcoz u mentioned in ur first post tht u ain't gud in English...This was not meant to hurt you..nor it was personal attack..I apologize If I hurt you.
