I get on
I just about wupload, to fileserve, uploadstation,filekeen and others, up to 4,500 kb/s .... 11,500 kb/s
to wupload to 20 kb/s maximum to 300 kb/s

Ditch wUpload, stay with older, more reliable hosts.
