New server, vBulletin cookie issue

Alright so I've managed to get pretty much everything done, the only issue now is that the cookies aren't working.

After switching servers how do you guys make it so you can login etc?

This issue can occur when it comes to rewrite rules and vb settings.

Are you sure you are using the correct url, sometimes if you set your forum to http:// and login with www. it'll refresh the page and won't login, does this sound familiar?

It shows I'm logged in even though I'm not. I can't log into the admincp either. And it's not a www. issue. I just switched my hosting and I've had this issue before.

Open your "Do not upload" folder in your vBulletin installation folder.
Find and upload tools.php via FTP to your forum root. Run tools.php file in your browser and select the option to reset the cookie domain and cookie path.
