are the customers statisfied for what they paid??

this is my first downtime, i never get the downtime before , this error comes before 1 min , i don't know why just email the data center, i already have 50+ customers for hosting i don't know why the error comes

i m in myoffshorehost work from october i don't get even one downtime!

if you email your datacenter about 403 error from your apache, then i think i know already, why your clients say your hosting is crap...
