Ok intersting question reguarding trademark law, is a paysite fake links such as: http://nowdownloadall.com/servers.as...7&q=Mindmaster

enough to impose a trademark?

It?s debatable, Trademark law is rather complex, in theory it could indeed be a violation of trademark law, whether in practice you get a complaint is another matter.


Personally i wouldent worry about it.
