Post Count does not increase in same thread

In the acp click the tab "Forums"/Edit Settings (for specific section) and then click the tab "Postable Forum Settings". Check this setting:

In 1 thread when i reply more than once, it will only increment post the Post Count by 1 not more than it no matter how many times i reply in that thread. its already incremented.

Total count of the the full forum gets updated as we post but the user post count doesn't.


It's the same thing in KWWH, see, i replied thrice in this thread, still my post count is 163 in all of my replies.
