    How do you do? Are you importing the vB4 DB to another forum board like IOB oh MyBB and then use Impex to convert it to 3.8?

    Thats what i think it is.
    If you are following this way then you might end up damaging the database.

    wat i do is simply taking ur database backup and installing new vb 3.x.x version and then gonna import your database with impex to new vb 3.x.x and use maintain tools to upgrade counters and rebuild the board 100% working
